Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, making it a pleasant experience. However, there was a slight smell of stale cigarettes that was off-putting, and the room felt very cold with thin blankets. Despite these minor issues, it was a great stay.
As a tired traveler just looking to 'hit the rack,' I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, although I would have preferred not to have a handicapped room since I booked six months in advance. The rooms needed some touch up as there seemed to have been spit on a picture that dried up. The service felt robotic and lacking personal touch at times, with instances of the room not being cleaned despite being vacant. The location, however, was excellent for the areas we were visiting, off the highway, and close to where I needed to be in the Peachtree City area. The dining experience was decent, with modest but delicious and fresh options available. The facilities were adequate, but there was a soaked carpet under the air conditioning towards the wall, causing inconvenience and discomfort.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious, could definitely benefit from a remodel as they felt dated and not entirely clean. On the upside, they were larger than usual and had a good separation between the bed and sofa. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but the idea of a charge to return something via mail seemed a bit off to me. The location was convenient for my plans, with free parking and Wi-Fi, but the surroundings left something to be desired. The dining options were adequate, but lacked variety for someone managing diabetes or following bariatric surgery. Overall, the property could use some improvements but had its redeeming qualities.
